For the pizza with anchovies and olives, prepare the pizza dough according to the basic recipe. Roll out the dough balls to the desired size and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press the edge of the dough between your thumb and forefinger to form a bead.

Pit and halve the olives and cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Spread tomato sauce on the dough patties and top with mozzarella, anchovy fillets, olives and capers.

Drizzle the pizza with anchovies and olives with a little olive oil, brush the pizza crust with oil as desired and bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 220 °C for about 12-15 minutes.
