For the Pizza a la Mamma, prepare a medium soft dough with flour, dry ferment, canola oil, salt and lukewarm water. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into two portions and roll out one pizza slice at a time (about 1/2 cm thick). Place on a baking sheet or pizza tray, brush each with 1 tablespoon canola oil and 2 tablespoons ketchup to the outer edge. Sprinkle with the frozen vegetables and spread the pizza cheese on top. Finish with bacon and mozzarella.

Sprinkle generously with pizza seasoning, a few more drops of canola oil over the top and into the oven. Bake the Pizza a la Mamma at 190° (preheat) for about 20 minutes. The cheese should be completely melted.
