For the meatballs, soak the bread cubes in a little lukewarm water. Mix the minced meat, the eggs, the squeezed bread cubes and the spices.

If the mixture is too soft, mix in the dry bread cubes, if the mixture is too firm, mix in some water.

Let rest for half an hour. Form medium sized balls, about the amount you can pick up with a soup spoon.
