Instructions:

Stir room temperature butter until thick and creamy. Add the sugar and egg yolks.

Gradually sift in the flour with the baking powder and salt. Quickly prepare into a smooth dough.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the electric oven to 180 degrees, fan oven to 160 degrees, gas oven to level 3 to 4.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut out cookies with a 5 cm ø glass. Place on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 min. Cool.
