Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C for the granola cake. For the batter, beat the butter and sugar with the whisks of a mixer for about 5 minutes until creamy.

Then stir 1 egg at a time into the butter mixture for 1 minute. Mix flour, baking powder, lemon zest and salt and stir in briefly. Fold the oatmeal and milk into the batter. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and spread evenly with a pastry spatula.

Sprinkle the dough with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and brown sugar and spread the butter on top in small flakes. Bake the cake in the oven at 180 °C convection oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.Remove the granola cake and let it cool completely.
