Instructions:

Cut fruits and vegetables into uniform small cubes. Mix all ingredients and infuse for 48 hours. Stir from time to time. Cook in a wide saucepan, stirring continuously, until viscous, about 45 min.

Pour hot into prepared twist-off jars.

Keep in refrigerator. Keeps for about two months.
