Bulgur is served in Turkey as a side dish or as a snack with tursu, sour pickled vegetables. 1.

1. put the bulgur in a sieve, cool and drain. Remove the skin from the onions and finely dice them. Remove the stems and stem ends from the peppers, cut in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and ribs. Rinse and chop the peppers. Blanch (scald) the tomatoes, skin and finely dice them.
