Cook pasta in enough salted water until al dente, strain and set aside.
Halve the pear, remove the core and cut lengthwise into narrow wedges.
Heat a frying pan and roast the almonds in it without fat until golden brown. Add the oil, cream cheese, pears and the pasta and mix until the pasta is hot.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Preparation Tip:
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
