Instructions:

approx. 1 hour (without standing time) For the bread:

Mix the milk with the yeast and a little bit of flour and let it rest in a cool place for a day. Then make a dough with the other ingredients and spices and leave it in the refrigerator for a day. One day later form it into a loaf, let it rise and bake it in the oven at 200 °C.

For the Camenbert:

Carefully remove the rind from the top of the Camenbert, pour the sweet wine over it, put the rind on top again and let it melt in the oven at 180 °C for 10 to 15 min.

It goes well with boiled bacon potatoes (Kipfler variety, tossed in butter) and fresh brown bread.
