Instructions:

Finely chop the garlic clove. Put the bulgur with the garlic in 500 ml of boiling water, add salt and let it swell according to the package instructions at low temperature for at least 10 to 15 minutes and then let it cool down without lid.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut them into cubes. Also wash the lettuce (arugula and dandelion) and spin well. Cut the dandelion leaves smaller if necessary. Peel the shallot and chop it into fine cubes.

For the dressing, pluck the thyme leaves and finely chop the remaining herbs. Grate the zest from the lemons, halve the lemons and squeeze. Pour all the ingredients into a tightly sealed container and shake until everything is well mixed.

Mix the cooled bulgur with the vegetables and pour the dressing over.

Serve decorated with flowers.

Preparation Tip:

Try the bulgur salad with other vegetables - it also tastes good with melanzani, zucchini and olives, for example!
