Instructions:

Put the honey in a baking bowl in a bain-marie or alternatively on a low fire until completely liquid. Boil the sugar and cow’s milk, stir into the honey and cool.

In a second baking bowl, mix the flour with the remaining ingredients, add the honey milk and make a firm dough.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray of 22-240 mm ø and 3, 5 cm high, press it flat, brush it with cow’s milk and spread it with a fork. Bake in the oven at 180° Celsius for 30 min.

Check with a pin if the pancake is baked all the way through.

Tip: Cinnamon gives dishes a wonderful sweet and spicy note!
