Colorful Smarties Cookies

For colorful Smarties cookies, cream butter with sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, salt and lemon zest and beat again briefly. Mix in flour and Smarties.

Fill the mixture into a piping bag with a smooth nozzle and pipe small biscuits onto a prepared baking tray and chill for 20 minutes.

Bake the Smarties cookies in the preheated oven at 165°C to 175 °C for 11 to 13 minutes until light brown on sight.

Preparation Tip:

The nozzle must be larger than the Smarties, so that you can push them through. Colorful Smarties cookies can also be made with chocolate dough.
