Strawberry Jam with White Chocolate

For the strawberry jam with white chocolate, chop the strawberries, mix well with citric acid and gelling powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Add the chocolate and sugar and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Boil for approx. 4 minutes. Remove the jam from the heat, stir in the rum and immediately fill the strawberry jam with white chocolate into glasses and seal well.
