Peel the garlic cloves, cut them in half and remove the germ. Heat the milk with the garlic for 30 min. Then drain the garlic and cool. In the meantime, melt chocolate in a water bath.

Put grenadine in a saucepan, add garlic and caramelize.

Dip each garlic clove into the melted choc, drain well and remove. Cool. Repeat this process five times.
