Put ice cubes in a red wine glass, pour prosecco and add mineral water (amount according to taste).
Cut lemon into slices and add 1-2 pieces.
Add 1 shot of elderberry syrup, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
Preparation Tip:
Instead of the Prosecco you can also use white wine for infusion. Choose a Prosecco Spumante, this sparkles more than Frizzante and they can save some of the mineral water.
