How to prepare mussels, which are already desanded u. Debearded:

Cut the leek (porree), greens and carrots into small cubes and finely chop the celery. Heat the oil in the mussel pot and sauté all the greens for three minutes. Add the bacon cubes and sauté for another two minutes. Then extinguish with beer. Add the mussels.

Close the lid and let the contents bubble up quickly. Stir the mussels from time to time so that the mussels and the ingredients mix well.
